What we do
Grooming first. Then everything else a dog could want.
We are groomers at heart, but the unit has grown into a bit of a home from home for Wiltshire's dogs: a shop, training classes, and a space upstairs for other pet businesses.
Dog shop
Fill a bag with natural treats, browse the packaged treats, and try on a Danish Design coat or drying robe.

Evening puppy classes and one-to-one sessions with visiting trainers here at the unit, and gun-dog courses on Sundays in Crockerton.

A heated, air conditioned room upstairs for pet businesses to run classes, workshops and meet-ups.

What happens at a groom
No two dogs are the same, so no two grooms are either. This is the shape of a visit.
Say hello
A quick chat about your dog, their coat and how you like them to look.
Bath
A wash in one of two baths. Dogs from the same home are bathed at the same time, in separate baths next to each other.
Dry
Dried and brushed through in a room kept at the right temperature all year.
Style
Clipped, scissored or tidied by City and Guilds qualified groomers, with nails trimmed.
Finishing touches
Ears cleaned and a spritz. Then home, fluffy and very pleased with themselves.
The groom room
Built for dogs, from the floor up.
When we moved into Unit W1 we renovated the groom room from scratch. It is, in our own words, a pretty perfect space for your dog to enjoy a pamper.
- The right temperature, all year
A 7kW air conditioning and heating system keeps the room comfortable in every season.
- Two baths
Dogs from the same home can be bathed at the same time, in separate baths next to each other.
- A quiet corner
Screens can go up for dogs who are nervous around other pups. It is absolutely no problem.
- Free parking outside
Park right by the door at the Swan Business Centre, off Stephens Way.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, plus one Saturday a month from 10am to 4pm. In the month we work a Saturday we take one weekday off in return, so message before a special trip.
